The Fine Print: What to Know Before You Sip

Because each item at Oh Kae Creations is custom and handmade, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL! 

• I work hard to get tumblers out as fast as possible. Tumblers will not be started until full payment has been received. 
•  If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at ohkaecreations@gmail.com within 24 hours with pictures showing the damage, and we can do a replace/refund. 
• We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandled tumblers. Please see tumbler care card sent with your tumbler, or on our website. 
• We are not responsible for names spelled wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please double check your spelling.
• Allow 3 weeks until ship date.  This is not my full-time job and tumblers take time to properly cure.
• Sundays are not normally business days for my shop. If you order or message on a Sunday, I will try to respond within 24 hours.
